SP1 PROBLEMS RESOLVED:

This service pack corrects a problem with the OpenSpirit GeoFrame data 
connectors. If an existing log trace containing an implicit index was 
updated with an explicit index, the log trace would not get updated 
properly in GeoFrame. 

This problem is only seen when OpenSpirit is run in conjunction with an
automated WITSML data loading application such as OpenSpirit's LoadIT or
Halliburton's OpenWire.  (CR 14608)

This patch needs to be installed on all OpenSpirit installations 
(Master and Satellite) where GeoFrame data connectors will be run in
conjuction with a WITSML data loading application.  This service pack 
must only be installed in OpenSpirit v3.1.2 installations.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Download the appropriate service pack installer (Solaris or Linux)
   from the OpenSpirit website.

2) Log in as the OpenSpirit administrator.

3) Verify that all user have shutdown all GeoFrame data connectors.

4) cd to the directory where the service pack installation kit was 
   downloaded and run the installer. For example:
		
		./OSP312sp1_Lin.bin
