1. Completing the Application Matrix and submitting it to OpenSpirit Corp. This information will be published bearing the words "Self-Certified". Vendors may publish or redistribute the pdf file that OpenSpirit Corp. will produce from the completed application. There is no fee for Self-Certification. If customers report to us that they feel that your "Self-Certification" does not accurately reflect your application's use of OpenSpirit it will be incumbent upon you to demonstrate that it does. Otherwise, OpenSpirit reserves the right to withdraw permission for use of the term "OpenSpirit Certified" and associated logo.

2. Working with OpenSpirit to install your application in OpenSpirit's offices and allowing OpenSpirit to do independent testing to complete the Application Certification Matrix. Vendors may publish or redistribute the pdf file that OpenSpirit Corp. will produce from the completed application (see example Application Certification Matrix). OpenSpirit may charge time and materials for this testing effort.

In either case, permission to use the "OpenSpirit Certified" phrase and logo will only be granted upon execution of an OpenSpirit Certification Agreement (an addendum to the OpenSpirit Developer Agreement).

Completed "Self-Certified" forms or requests to initiate testing in OpenSpirit's offices may be sent to support@openspirit.com.
