OpenSpirit is proud to be a member of the ESRI community.
OpenSpirit-developed applications that integrate with ESRI solutions:
OpenSpirit ArcGIS Extension
Use ESRI ArcGIS Desktop as a selection tool to view spatial data accessible via OpenSpirit and simultaneously integrate/interact with multiple OpenSpirit-enabled applications. The OpenSpirit ArcGIS Extension enables synchronization between your GIS applications, as well as geotechnical applications and data stores.
Users may spatially select well, seismic, interpretation or any GIS features and "broadcast" this data (or references to data) to other OpenSpirit-enabled applications. The inverse workflow is also enabled - users may send data or GIS selection events to ArcGIS, and shape files or ESRI GRIDs are interactively created and placed in a user's local workspace.
OpenSpirit Scan Utility
Create shape files or write to SDE by extracting GIS spatial information for well, seismic, and interpretation data from any OpenSpirit-enabled data store. Schedule scan jobs to collect:
- Well surface location
- Well bore bottom location
- Well bore path
- 3D seismic survey
- 3D seismic volume
- 2D seismic line
- 2D seismic dataset
- Horizon grid (seismic or non-seismic)
- Fault (polyline or pointset)
- Horizon-Fault boundary
OpenSpirit ArcGIS Explorer Adapter
Browse spatial G&G data using this FREE adapter that uses OpenSpirit data selection and GIS feature events within the ArcGIS Explorer environment. With ArcGIS Explorer, you can connect to a variety of free, ready-to-use datasets hosted by ESRI. Combine these with your own local data or other 2D and 3D Web services to create custom maps and perform spatial analysis.
Learn more about the OpenSpirit ArcGIS Explorer Adapter.
OpenSpirit ArcGIS SDE Data Connector
The OpenSpirit SDE data connector allows OpenSpirit-enabled applications, such as Irap RMS, Petrel, and the OpenSpirit Web Server to read spatial vector data stored in SDE.
OpenSpirit ArcGIS Server Integration
OpenSpirit can provide free sample code for ArcGIS Server 9.2 & 9.3 that allows users to send data selection events and GIS data events to other OpenSpirit-enabled applications. Leverage this capability to take your ArcGIS server-based online map browsing to the next level allowing interaction and data loading to OpenSpirit-enabled desktop applications.
You can also use the ArcGIS server Rest Web services in conjunction with the OpenSpirit Rest Web services (available with OpenSpirit Web Server 2008) to develop custom Web applications that allow you to visual G&G data in both map and reports/charts.
