How do I set the Seismic Data Server memory size?

How do I set the Seismic Data Server memory size?

Currently, there is no easy way to set a Seismic Data Server's memory size to be different from the maximum memory size of its associated Well Data Server. When a seismic data store is registered with the Configuration Tool, its maximum memory size (MAX_DATA_SIZE) is automatically set to the maximum memory size of the well data store that it is associated with. The best way for an administrator to modify the maximum memory size of the seismic servers associated with a particular seismic data store is to modify the setup file directly after the data store has been registered with the Configuration Tool. The set up file can be found in the directory bin/etc under the OpenSpirit installation directory. It has the file name: setup_storeType_xyz.sh where storeType is the type of data store and xyz is the name of the data store.

Note: The OpenSpirit administrator must remember to edit the setup file again if the file is regenerated from the database. This regeneration can result from the Configuration Tool changing the data store, or the Configuration Tool changing the store's dependent well data store.
