This one-day course combines lecture with hands-on exercises to cover installation and troubleshooting for the OpenSpirit Integration framework and associated set of utilities.
The class environment is highly interactive and encourages participants to raise questions and issues that can be addressed during the course. Attendees will use work stations (1-2 persons per PC) to perform exercises designed to enhance their learning experience.
OpenSpirit Basics is a prerequisite for the OpenSpirit for Administrators course.
AUDIENCE
This course is for IT administrators who are supporting end users in an OpenSpirit environment.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants will have a good understanding of:
- Licensing of OpenSpirit components
- Installation/configuration of OpenSpirit server and client
- The most common troubleshooting issues and their solutions
CLASS SIZE AND PREREQUISITES
Minimum class size is 6, maximum is 12. Attendees must have completed OpenSpirit Basics. As a convenience, OpenSpirit Basics is offered the day before this course.
